This Warranty Policy explains how warranty claims are handled for both third-party premium brands and Avyona-branded products purchased through our official website, www.avyona.com.
We are authorized resellers of various premium brands such as Sony, JBL, AKG, and others.
All such branded products come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
If you experience any issue or defect, please directly contact the respective brand’s authorized service center for warranty support, repair, or replacement.
⚠️ Note:
For products sold under our own brand, such as Avyona or Avyona Frames, we provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Period: 10 days replacement policy from the date of delivery.

If your Avyona product has a manufacturing defect within 10 days of delivery:
Note: Replacement is applicable only within 10 days from delivery. After this period, repair or service requests will not be eligible under the replacement policy.
For Avyona-branded products, return shipping instructions will be provided if a replacement is approved.
For premium brand products, all warranty claims must be handled directly through the brand’s service centers — Avyona Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for shipping or handling under brand warranty claims.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of Avyona-branded products found defective under this policy. For premium brand products, liability lies solely with the respective manufacturer as per their warranty terms.
